The RSS assists other field management and personnel with pickup or delivery services, ensuring everything remains both client and patient‐centric by ensuring that all services are delivered according to clients’ standards, specifications, and Sharicom regulations, rules, and spirit. Responsible for the productivity of an area or region. Organizes operational procedures and resources and ensures effective sourcing, induction, training, and development of LSRs and other management to optimize performance. The RSS balances controlling costs whilst ensuring operational service standards are continuously met while maximizing profits.
A logistics service specialist (LSS) is a highly trained and certified logistics service representative (LSR) who has demonstrated a high level of service and available for service in rapidly changing scheduling situations or makes significant contributions to the Company. This is a special designation.
